Micronics agrees to non-disclosure of any and all information supplied or recovered for client. All employees or agents of Micronics are subject to non-disclosure confidentiality agreements.

Client Rights

All data/information/property sent to Micronics is solely owned by the client or representing agent of the client.

Micronics agrees to keep your data secure, private and confidential at all times. All data you have on a hard drive, RAID array, flash drive, memory card or mobile phone will remain private and confidential. Your data is for your eyes only. We will need to test some of your data to check if certain files work. Any backup copy of data we recover for you will be erased within 7 days (or may be kept longer if needed).

We do work for individuals, multinational corporations, educational institutions and government agencies, banks, medical research organizations, universities and lawyers than need to know their data will remain private, we promise this for all jobs we do. Many of our clients have music, movies, pornography, personal photos & videos, financial records and research data they do not want getting into somebody else’s hands. Our job is to recover your data and return it to you, that’s all. We respect your privacy and it’s our job to protect it.

If you would like us to read and agree to terms of your own confidential agreement or non-disclosure agreement, we would be happy to do so. We often agree to confidentiality terms for work we frequently we do for financial institutions, medical research firms, computer programmers & celebrities.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
